The floating soft-sealing ball valve is used in various pipelines ranging from Class 150 to Class 1500, PN16 to PN63, JIS10K to JIS20K. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, it can be respectively applicable to various media such as water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea, etc.
Product features
1. Among various valves, the ball valve has the least flow resistance. When the full-diameter ball valve is fully opened, the ball body passage, the valve body passage and the connecting pipe diameter are equal and form a single diameter. The medium can flow through almost without loss.
2. The ball valve can be fully closed or fully opened by rotating 90°. It opens and closes quickly. Compared with gate valves and globe valves of the same specification, the ball valve is smaller in size, lighter in weight, and easier to install in the pipeline.
