The two pressures of the measured medium of the pressure transmitter pass through the high and low pressure chambers, and the pressure of the low pressure chamber adopts atmospheric pressure or vacuum, acting on the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the delta element (that is, the sensitive element), and is transmitted to the two sides of the measurement diaphragm through the Figueres isolation plate and the filling liquid in the element. The pressure transmitter is a capacitor composed of a measuring diaphragm and an electrode on both sides of the insulating sheet. When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, resulting in displacement of the measuring diaphragm, the displacement is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitance on both sides is unequal, and is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure through the oscillation and demodulation link.
